About Us:
Our bespoke design service is aimed at plumbing manufacturers, housing developers and plumbing contractors, specialising in new-build for local & national housing developers throughout the UK.
Our design team prepare building service designs using the latest AutoCAD software providing a range of CAD drafting services.
We also produce Heatloss calculations & radiator schedules to the latest industry standards complying with the "Domestic Heating design guide" & Part L1a of the building regulations, including Time & Temperature zone control to meet SAP & low-carbon legislation
All our designs are prepared in industry standard AutoCad format with standard layers, blocks, your company title block & logo etc. Our office practice is to ensure a continuous exchange between client and designer to meet the Clients' final needs and we constantly endeavour to exceed expectations of design quality and value for money.
Designs are produced in accordance with the information/specification provided within the job request sheet. Where no specification is provided Part L1a 2021 edition &Part G of the building regulations and NHBC Guidelines will be adhered to.
Our company aims are to get to know your business requirements, strive to build long-term partnership and deliver constant quality in design. We endeavour to return completed designs in Adobe PDF format and within an agreed time frame.

Service design drawings, calculations and specification advice given are fully compliant with the appropriate building standards and regulations. We offer a fully indemnified design service to developers. We carry £5m of professional indemnity insurance cover and are able to sign collateral warranties when required.
Volume Packages
Lawrence Designprovide design packages to the new-build domestic housing market, from small to large sites by major developers. We also provide designs on behalf of manufacturers throughout the UK, involving all types of heating & water systems including gas boiler, wet solar, bio-mass and heat pumps.
